ORDERING & PRODUCTS
Q: How do I know what size to order?

Each product has a detailed size chart listed on its page. Please review measurements carefully before ordering, as we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q: Are your items true to size?

Yes, our pieces are designed to be true to size unless otherwise noted in the description. If an item has a looser or fitted style, we'll mention it in the product details.

Q: Are your items handmade?

All of our pieces include custom and handmade details. Because of this, slight variations may occur — which makes each item uniquely yours.

SHIPPING & PRE-ORDERS
Q: When will my order ship?

For pre-orders, all items ship within 4–6 weeks from the date your purchase is confirmed. You will receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the U.S., but international shipping will be added in the future.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

All orders are shipped with carrier insurance. If something happens during delivery, email us within 3 business days and we will work with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made to order and include handmade elements, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please double-check size, color, and style before placing your order.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at INFO@GODLYGIRLCLUB.COM. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
